- Legibly write down the names of the items and the
item numbers. Include your name, shipping address,
and email address. - Email it or fax it to us at the above email address or fax
number. If you don't get a connection for the fax
number, please try again. If you don't get a response
to your email, please try cutting and pasting the link
into your email browser to try again. - We will email you a PayPal invoice with international or
multiple shipping costs included. - When you have received the invoice, use the link in it to
pay for your items.

you don't get a connection, please try again. - We will charge your card and email you a receipt for
your purchase.
